ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA

This form of style was created during the 20th century by K. Pattabhi Jois. It is often encouraged as the modern and new version of the classical Indian Yoga. 


BIKRAM YOGA

Became popular in the early 1970s, Bikram Yoga is a style of Yoga that got its influence from the traditional Hatha Yoga. It is generally practised in a heated room of 35–42 °C with a humidity of 40 percent. 


PRENATAL YOGA

This form of yoga practice is designed for pregnant women to increase the level of strength and gain courage and self-confidence. 


YIN YOGA


This is a style of yoga that requires slow and steady movements of the posture. The postures are held for an extended period of time like for beginners it ranges from 45 seconds to 2 minutes whereas for experts it can lead up to 5 minutes or more.


IYENGAR YOGA

Founded by Bellur Krishnamachar Sundararaja Iyengar, this form of yoga style gives importance to the accuracy and right performance of the breath control and correct posture.
